Rui Pereira is a Portuguese industrial designer, currently living and working in Milan, Italy.
The fascination for contemporary society and its artifacts led him to the world of design.
Through the use of a clear language with a humorous twist, its aim is to create an immediate connection between user and object.
The formal world do not particularly fascinates him, instead his research focuses on finding new perspectives, experiences and creating new typologies.
Rui believes that the designer’s role is to educate the taste and create a collective environmental awareness in society through the media that surround us.
